Magnus isn't widespread in Scotland anymore. It was considered old-fashioned and belonged to a lot of older men, but perhaps it will make a comeback, like Angus is doing. We just pronounce it MAG-nuss :-)

Yeah, I've only know one man named Magnus, and he was pretty old. So it's not that popular anymore.

Yes, we've had another Iris for ages . . .
She used to be BT, then Beata, then Iris, and I'm afraid she has first dibs on the name because she's been here much longer.
