Taimi – female Finnish name (meaning: young tree)
Tyyne – variation of the female Finnish name Tyyni (meaning: silent, calm)
Kauko – male Finnish name (meaning: ??? maybe: far, far away? – just a guess!)
Vekko – I don’t know this name... maybe it’s a Finnish form of the Danish name Viggo? – just a guess! Viggo is a latinized form (used in Scandinavia) of male Old Norse names beginning or ending with Vig-/-vig (meaning: battle) and of the male Old Norse name Vöggr (meaning: rolling gait)
Tellervo – female Finnish name, but I don’t know the meaning…
Ritva – female Finnish name (meaning: osier twig)
Jari – variation of the male Finnish name Jalmari which is the Finnish form of the male Old Nordic name Hjalmar / Hjalmarr (meaning: helmet, protection + warrior)
Hilkka – female Finnish form of the Old Norse name Hilda / Hildr (meaning: battle, fight)
The Finnish pronunciation of Elina:
E – as in the English word bed
L – almost like an English L
I – as in the English word sit
N – like an English N
A – as in the English word nut (but broader)
The stress in on the first syllable (all Finnish words and names are stressed on the first syllable)
In the Swedish speaking part of Finland the name would be pronounced like this:

Veikko, Kauko and Tellervo
Satu, let's put our wise heads together... Veikko simply means "brother" (the more common word for this is "veli", but there are many diminutives of which Veikko is an example).
Kauko does mean "far/faraway" and I believe it relates to an ancient Finnish legend, maybe the epic Kalevala.
Tellervo is another ancient Finnish name. In Finnish legends, Tellervo was the wife of Tapio, the Ruler of the Forest, and thus a mighty figure that appears in many old stories.
And Hilkka is also a Finnish word meaning bonnet, hood. Little Red Riding-Hood is Punahilkka (Red Hood) in Finnish, and the name Hilkka started to gain popularity at the time when the story was translated into Finnish.
