wish to know the meaning and origin of my name: Gehiry
i do not know anything about the background, but a moroccan girl told me it is simmilar to an african one.

it's not arab if this is what the moroccan girl meant. unless she has a good background about the black african culture (doubt it very much when it comes to moroccans).
my guess, it sounds indian.
