Message: "meaning of Shiloh" - Behind the Name

meaning of Shiloh

Hey there! Someone told me the real meaning of Shiloh a few months ago, but I have to admit that I forgot. Kind of sad, considering it's my name. Anyway, I've primarily heard two possibilities: "he who is to come" and "peace". I prefer the latter. Any ideas? Oh and it's Hebrew.
