Re: ORIGIN OF NAME "LEEVAY"
Leevay makes me think of the English prononciation of Levi. It's probably not that though.
I also thought of a French background when I saw the name. Leevay sounds like a French name written as it would be pronounced the English way. Maybe Levay, or something else, beginning by Lev-.
I really hope you find what you're looking for.ClairePS: You should look for Leevay and Levay on google, and try to contact people with the same name.http://www.google.fr/search?hl=fr&q=leevay&meta=http://www.google.fr/search?hl=fr&q=levay+&meta=
PPS: check this, there's an aristocratic Levay family! http://www.houseofnames.com/xq/asp/s.Levay/Origin.FR/sId./qx/coatofarms_details.htm
