This is a tough one, especially because you can't be sure of one's Hebrew name just by the vernacular one...
But my guess would be Levi or maybe Eleazar. It would be helpful if you could precise your paternal grandparents' tribe (Cohen, Levi or Israel). But my best advice would be to go and ask a Rabbi.
