As far as I can tell, "Anirul" appears to be a name invented by author Frank Herbert for his *Dune* series. I doubt if the name has any meaning to anyone other than Frank Herbert.
It's not a name I would give a child, no matter how enamored I might be of *Dune*. The anagram of "Anirul" is "Urinal".

That's funny, I was just thinking how that name reminds me of Anal. Please don't name your kids that. It's cruel and unusual punishment. :P
