I have heard some people pronounce Ian as eye-en (and it annoys me to no end).

is an actor who was formerly a cast member on 90210. He pronounces his name Ian as EYE-an. Whether that was the way he was brought up to say it, or a Hollywoodian put-on, I can't tell you.
