Ah... it sounds like it's on there somewhere. Perhaps a reader with some knowledge of Chinese could help navigate the MPS site...?

I know some Chinese and was able to find the National Name Reports for 2021, 2020 and 2019:
• 2021: https://www.mps.gov.cn/n2253534/n2253535/c8349222/content.html
• 2020: http://www.mps.gov.cn/n2254314/n6409334/c7726021/content.html
• 2019: https://www.mps.gov.cn/n2254314/n6409334/c6874817/content.html
They contain lists of the most common surnames and given names, as well as some other information like regional name trends. Hope this helps!

That would be interesting. A China popularity list of names. To bad I don't know anyone who speaks Chinese. I don't speak Chinese either.
