Just a week ago someone emailed me to say they were trying to merge all the Canadian data into one comprehensive list. Unfortunately it sounds like they had technical problems and gave up. At some point I might attempt this myself for BC + Ontario. This could replace the BC-only list that I publish here. The other provinces unfortunately do not have the same depth of data, but adding Ontario would at least be an improvement.
