I like the name since I have it. I am a 22 year old guy too. Although when I was younger I hated it because I thought it sounded like a girls name. I go by cail but am not emberassed by it anymore. In fact it is the best opeing line when I want to meet girls. "Hi my name is Cail" (Her) "That's a neat name." (Me)"Actually, my full name is Cailean." And that is how it is started. I love my name
