According to SCB and BRC there are 4 men in Sweden named Bjoern and 1 in Finland :D
But I agree - Bjoern is definitely a wrong spelling of Björn and Bjørn.

Ditto that.
But then again, the Ø is sometimes written as oe, when there's no Ø key available on the keyboard. I sometimes have to do that, in the tail end of my ln since it ends on an Ø, and have to type in my ln on a website, which doesn't accecpt the real letter Ø.
