Where did you find that Alexzander has a different definition from Alexander? What language did it say Alexzander came from?
To the best of my knowledge Alexzander is a modern "creative" spelling of Alexander. It doesn't have a different meaning.
Be aware that many "baby name" books and websites list inaccurate meanings for names.
