This is true: the ancient verb "doko" (δοκέω-δοκώ) means many things, like: think, guess,imagine, appear to be, give the impression...
Here, it seems to have the two last meanings and, combined with ev(=good): Evthokia is a woman for whom people have a good opinion, a woman who has a good rumour, let's say. :)
