Hey Lakota,
you know you can search for past messages, with the search option, next to 'post a message', if you search there for a message, let's say the one about Wendy, you can find that message + alle the responses that that person got. So you can see that she was adviced to click on Wendy. If she does that, she ends up with the explanation of Wendy. Click on it to see. than you'll see that she has the info you're given already.
ps. not attacking you, just so you know how you find a post + replies when you can't find it when you scroll down and you can see if the person already has the information or not.
