hmm, well, it should be pronounced "ver-on-i-ka"
ver- as in "per", but with a "v"
on- just like the word "on"
i- just like saying "I"
ka- like in "cat"
Should be said the same way whether it's "ka" or "ca" spelling
as for the meaning, I'm not to good at, however, I looked it up and it's from the itialian words "vera icon", which in English means "True Image"
