What i know, is that in Albanian:
The "y" is a bit like the German "ü" - think the E in drEam sound, but with lips rounded.
The "ll" is a "dark L". It's the sound that the letter L usually makes at the end of a letter in English, e.g. the L in peeL. Think "L" mixed with "W".
The ka is just like...kah.
I hope this was clear enough.
EDIT: If i should write it in the BtN pronunciation key it would be UYL-kah
