It's pronounced thee-O-nee, "th" as in "the".

I don't like this name that much is lil bit complicated
and they use alot this name in france these days

Actually, the TH case is only used in Modern Greek. It's not with a TH, but with a D, since in English we use the latinized forms of Greek names.

Dee - oh - nee is the correct form.
