I would guess that Aiza is a variant of
Aisha
Aleyha or Alaiha are variants of
Aliyah
Laiba is a variant of
Leeba
.

Thanks for your response. I have friends named
Aisha
and
Aliyah
but these names are not related to Aiza and Aleyha as they are listed as different words. Laiba on the other hand could be a variant of
Leeba
, I'll look into that. Thanks again.
