This may in many cases simply be a blend of
Kaylyn
(Kaylen) and
Bailey
.
However, Baylen is a rare surname. There is a Baylen Street in Pensacola, Florida. I will try to look and see if any of my surname dictionaries contain this tomorrow afternoon.
