Zora and Zorica (little dawn) mean dawn in Slavic languages. I've never heard of Zaria meaning this.

I have never heard a female name Zaria.
In Bulgarian, e.g., there are composed names like Svetozar, Velizar, Luchezar, etc. A shorten diminutive form is also available: Zarko. Their female forms are very rare, however.
