Oniria is not an usual or traditional Spanish name. It sounds like a name someone made up from the words onírico/onírica, which both mean oneiric (male/female adjective). It does have a nice ring to it, but it sounds more like a band's name or the name of a character in a fantasy novel than a real woman's name.
Its pronunciation would be "o-NEE-ree-uh".
