Hej Sybren,
Sybren is a spelling variant of Sibren, a Frisian form of the Old German names Sigbern (victory + bear) and Sigbrand (victory + sword).

Westfriesland belongs to the Netherlands, Ostfriesland belongs to Germany and Nordfriesland to Germany and Denmark.
