Is it male or female?
Just a guess but it reminds me of the Czech female Nadeja which phonetically sounds like Na-TESH-ah. It's a pet form of Nadezda, Russian Nadhezda, from the word meaning 'hope'.
There's also the Sanskrit Nata which means 'dance' and the popular compound ending -isa 'ruler', rendered -esh in Rajesh, Ganesh, etc.. Together Nata'isa or Natesh would mean dance ruler, a variant on the more popular male name Nataraj 'king of dancers' or 'lord of the dance', a name of the god Shiva, who dances when angry, defeating a demon or at the cyclic destruction of the universe.
