Rahmini is probably the Indonesian female form of "Rahmad" or "Rahmat". The names mean "blessed" both. "Saida", or "Saidah" with H in the end is more popular, is Indonesian too. It also means "happy" here.

Your English is good! We would say "both names mean 'blessed'",but we would have no difficulty understanding you because you communicate well.
