In Latin, creamus was pronounced kray-AH-moos and meant: we create, or: we make. It would never have been used as a name, though.
I can't imagine that there can be two identical words with different meanings, so unless someone knows Choctaw and can provide evidence for Creamus as a Choctaw name (and I'm not holding my breath ...), "we create" it is.
