I'm 99.9% sure that it's not a Hebrew name. I've never heard of it, and it doesn't follow the structure usual to Hebrew (and even Yiddish) names. It's definitely a surname, though, and this is was House of Names had to say about it: http://www.houseofnames.com/fc.asp?sId=&s=Saide

Hmm thanks! I forgot that his mom while Jewish has her dads LN, lol.How is it said?

I honestly don't know; I've never heard it said. I do know that Saide is his mother's maiden name, but my knowledge ends there. :)
