For me it sounds totally old high german!
Its from the Bishop of Lyon.
His real Name was Dalfinus, Annemund was just his "Holy Name".
Anne was the Mother of Virgin Mary,
and -mund is from old high german: Protection, Protector.
So it means Marys Protection.
In the early mid-age, People had too much respect for mary that they didn´t use her Name. Therefor they took her Mother`s.
