Do you mean Indian as in from India, or Indian as in Native American? I have heard a Shreya in India, derived from Sanskrit shreyas, cognate with κρει'ων, meaning more beautiful. The word for beauty, shrI, hiding there probably ultimately derives from a cluster of roots related to cooking, fire, and diffuse light: i.e. the sense of beauty arose from radiance or glowing; but in common usage, the closest English translation would involve grace and loveliness, as well as wealth and royal dignity.
