Irish Names by Donnchadh OCorrain & Fidelma Maguire says that Grissel and Griselda were used as "Anglicized" forms of the Irish Gaelic name Grainne. Perhaps Grizetta is a more fanciful or elegant version of Griselda that developed in some Irish families.
