In this case the suffix for G-d would be -ja/-ya (יה-) as in G-d‘s name יהוה.
See for example a more common name like עזרא (Ezra) which may be understood as a short form of עזריה (Azaryah) meaning „G-d is help“ by extension of „*The name* is help“.
