NOt sure but I think that I know someone named this who prnces it Rochnah (Long o) so like Roach in Cockroach

What is the culture and linguistic affiliation of the person. The vowels in the English word roach and the Indian name rachanA are, to my knowledge, pretty different in most of the Indian languages.
