It depends on what (if anything) Ben is short for.
Benjamin is Hebrew for "son of my right hand" (ben = son, jamin = of my right hand). Benedict is Latin for "blessing." (bene = good, dict = to say / speak).
I haven't a clue what the Greek for "son of my right hand" is. But "blessing" shouldn't be as difficult. Eulalia is a female name in Greek meaning "to speak well," so perhaps there's a male form of the name. Eulalios? That's just a wild guess, though.
