Talena is derived from Tale.
Tale is a male name. It is a petform from a Germanic name with the element edel- or adel-. The meaning of these elements is 'noble'.
But it is also possible that with the reduction of the 'j', Tale has something to do with the elements 'tjal-' and 'tsjal-', as in Tjalle (a male Frisian name). Tjalle is a name of two Germanic elements. The first is 'thiad' (people) and the second is possibly 'lef' (son, daughter).
As a femine name Tale can be derived from Adelheid.
So multiple meanings are possible, but the most likely one is 'noble'. Good luck with the name day!
