Yes, Chrisell is a fabrication, a combination of my first name, Christine, and my middle name, Ellen - created because I needed an 8-character username for my first university email address!
However, in perusing the internet I've come across a couple of women with Chrisell as their real name, mostly born around the 1920s, so it does seem to be a legitimate female combo name.

I should've kept guessing at the El- middle names though. Sooner or later I would've hit on Ellen, lol.
