Meaning: Of Heaven (or, Belonging to Heaven).The ancient Romans would have said: Kighly (to rhyme with Highly). In church Latin it'd probably be more like Cheely or Cheeligh.Are you sure it's used as a name? Seems very odd! Perhaps it's intended as a male version of Celia, or a thoroughly kre8iv spelling of Kelly. I'd be interested to know where you foundit.
