I've never liked it, sorry. It reminds me of a trendy, soap-opera / romance novel name. But I love Brendan. Now there's a name with history. (See: Brendan the Navigator at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Brendan)

To me both Brandon and Brendan have that same feel. Trendy, soap-opera-like, not very dignified. Sorry.

it's not really my style
but I love the name Brennan.. which is
somewhat close, but more unique
