My first thought would be MEH-lee-ah, and then possibly meh-LEE-ah. I could probably force myself to read it as MEEL-ee-ah (like Amelia without the "A"), but it's definitely not an intuitive pronunciation to me.

I don't really care for the name with any pronunciation, but it's not bad pronounced MEH-lee-ah.
