Georgia or Violet?
I've been in love with Georgia and Violet for awhile now, and I can't decide which is my favorite. Please help by letting me know which you like better and "why" if possible. Also, how do you picture a little Georgia? A little Violet??Thanks!

They are both great names and are also on our list. Ummmm.......I am going to have to say Georgia. The only reason is that with Violet although I love it and it's on my list I constantly think Violent!

I like both names, but I like Georgia the best. I think Georgia would be quite girly and strong willed. Violet to me would be feminine, but not sure of how pretty she really is and also a bit of a book worm.

I like Violet better-- I adore it. I like Georgia very much, but compared to Violet, the choice is obvious, imo :D I don't know why, they're both classic and lovely, I just prefer Violet.I picture a Violet to be an easygoing, laid-back little girl, social but not wild. She'd be blue-eyed, with blond or brunette hair.Georgia would be a feisty, free-spirited, sporty little redhead.-Lulu

Georgia: Sweet natured, a real little lady, old fashioned, outgoing.Violet: Artsy, creative, outgoing, a little sassy.I definitely prefer Georgia.

Violet, absolutely no contest. Violet is gorgeous, sophisticated and feminine. Georgia is ugly, trashy, and lower-class, and I can only hear it said with a brash southern twang. Sorry!

Oh, terribly difficult choice....!
I absolutely LOVE them both. They remind me of each other. It would be so adorable for two little girls to be named these, in a sibset.I slightly slightly slightly prefer Violet. They're both lovely.

I like the name Violet. It has grown on me a lot as of late. I picture a sweet little girl with light brown hair and green eyes. Bright, friendly, and adorable :-)Georgia, on the other hand, is a name that I can't stand. It sounds so dated and harsh imo. All I can think of is the state. I honestly can't picture a little Georgia...just an elderly one.

I prefer Violet as Georgia reminds me of the state. I don't really picture a George or a Violet in a certain way.

Violet seems alittle more delicate and feminine. Georgia seems very strong and sturdy. They are both really nice names... I honestly can't decide which I like better, because they are both great. Georgia was my ggma's name.

Violet is a lot better than Georgia. Something about Georgia bothers me.

VioletI chose Violet because everytime I hear the name Georgia, instead of thinking of the little girl with the name I think of the state and the country, which is not the association I would like. I also think of Georgia peaches.

Georgia. I like this name and I don't like Violet at all. I tend not to like color names.Kristen~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
