I like Anders Gregor better than Gregor Perry so Gregor as the second name.
I'd choose James or Scott as the third name for a few reasons.
A one-syllable 3rd name to make the name shorter.
A one-syllable name will break up the rhythm of four names with two syllables each.
Lastly, the names are heavy on "r" sounds so I'd choose James or Scott.
