I don't think you should try to keep a theme.
A child isn't limited by his siblings. If the boy had been born first, you would have named him without regard to a theme. The theme is just a vanity.
You should name him the name you think is best.
I don't personally tend to like boy names in what I consider to be the same style as Thea and Mina, so I'm not sure I could recommend one.
But, here are some names I don't dislike, that I consider could have a similar style to Thea and Mina:
Hugo - which happens to fit the theme
Colin
Duncan
Gilbert "Gil"
Leo
Mateo
Peter
Henry
Oliver
Jamie
Gordon
Alden
Truman
- mirfak
