I'm sorry, it made me chuckle.
I don't tend to pay much attention to names from languages I'm not familiar with because my assumption is that my perception of these names will always be so horribly skewed on so many levels it's barely worth entertaining the thought.
That said, I was at certain points intrigued by various names from cultures I'm unfamiliar with. Alemayehu comes to mind, it just looks so pleasant. Some other names that stuck with me: Kahina, Firouz Sarangerel. Also Xinyi, but this perfectly illustrates why I don't pay these foreign names too much mind because clearly what I like best about this name is what it looks like romanized. Hardly seems fair to it.
