Leonora, Alethea, Calixta, or Victoria?
Which is you preference/order of preference?

Calixta is so freaking cool
Yay!
Leonora > Alethea > Calixta > Victoria
I really do not like Victoria or any of its nicknames.

Victoria: classic, timeless, good nn potential
Alethea: I'd prefer Althea. Don't enjoy ONEtwoTHREEfour rhythm.
Leonora: same rhythm issue as with Alethea. I'd use Nora as a permanent nn.
Calixta: don't enjoy it at all; sounds medicinal, perhaps a brand of adhesive tape.

I pronounce it ah-li-THAY-ah, tonic syllable on the third syllable, but also simply al-THAY-ah (unvoiced th in both pronunciations).
Cool. I’m definitely fond of Calixta—an underrated Portuguese gem :)
