Name change
I hate my legal name Amanda Lynn Mc_____ and want to change it to Helena Fleming (Heh-lay-na, but I don't mind people pronouncing it heh-lee-na. Fleming was my maternal grandmother's maiden name).
I'm still not sure about middle names though. I'm looking for something classic, vintage, or reflective of my Irish, Latvian, Scottish, Scandinavian/Viking heritage.
Nothing trendy, masculine, or "unisex"/"gender neutral" (they have to be strictly feminine names). I'm open to using a double middle name.
Edit: I have chosen Bridget as one of my middle names. Still working on the second middle.

I love the idea of a Viking name!
Helena Iduna
Helena Freyja
Helena Liv (pronounced LEEL in Danish, and I think Swedish)
Helena Olga
Helena Dagny
Helena Astrid (beautiful!)
Helena Saga (my favourite)
Helena Lilja
Alternative:
Helga Lana “Helana” (he-lay-na, Helga is a Viking name)

Hmm - your legal name is very musical! Was it intentional? Or did you invent it to conceal the fact that you are no longer transitioning from male to female, as per your previous post? If it's a game, I'll play it for a while.
I don't think you need an -a name with Helena. Helen Louisa is lovely, but Helena Louisa is just a chant. Or maybe I just prefer Helen!
Helen(a) Sigrid
Helena Karen
Helen(a) Isobel
Helen Alannah
Helen(a) Bridget
Helen Clodagh
Helen Fionnuala
Helen(a) Margaret
Helen Moira
I'm clueless about Latvian names; most of them seem to end in -a, which would be a problem to me but perhaps not to you.

I have no idea what my parents were thinking when they named me. Lol
I don't mind both the first and middle ending in -a usually. It depends on the syllables. Two names ending in -na would be a bit too much.
I love:
Helena Sigrid
Helena Bridget (one of my original picks)
I love Helena Margaret too, but I have a few Margaret's in my family and it was my grandmother's confirmation name (she was Catholic. I'm not religious though)

The MTF post was posted by someone else, I think.
Yep! I'm a girl and always have been.
Possible! But, two people, members since 2017, both mentioning Lynn as a family mn, wanting strictly fem suggestions ... quite a coincidence.
Lynn is just a common name I think. But I'm also not sure how a trans girl would have been born with a fem name lol

Irish: Aoife, Bridget, Brigid, Laoise, Saoirse, Siofra
Scottish: Kirstin/Kirstie

These might flow the best:
