1. non-flower nature name - SKY for a boy. SKYE for a girl. If seasons count then I also really like WINTER for a boy, even though I would only use it as a middle name and would be more likely to pick SKY as a first name.
2. virtue name - GRACE and for a boy I wouldn't really have an idea. Maybe CHANCE?
3. Mythology name - CLIO and THALIA for a girl. I like PERSEUS for a boy.
4. name that coincides with a word - AURORA (by coincide I guess you mean not a random word name, but one that became a term after it was already a name?). I can't think of one for a boy.
5. super long name - ANASTASIA, if that is long enough. For a boy I like CHRISTOPHER, but not the nn Chris.
6. one syllable name - CHANCE or SKY (boy) and SKYE or SAGE or MAY (girl).
7. name that has never ranked within the US top 1000 - Oh. Hm. Did CLIO ever chart? Not sure. SKY for a boy again? Not sure if that ever charted either and too tired to look it up.
8. name that has always (or almost) ranked within the US top 1000 - LILY and FELIX (again too tired to check)
9. name with a strange meaning - is EVERLY weird enough?
10. flower/plant name - LILY and hmm ROWAN, maybe?
11. name that many people don't like - EVERLY and GREYSON.
