Penelope isn’t a bad name. Nell is a cute nickname!

Penelope makes me think of a rather silly person that you can't help but like. The fussiness of Penelope irks me, yet I still think it's a nice name. I love that it possibly means "Duck". It's adorable, really.

I like it very much, certainly enough to use it IRL. I wouldn't, though - DH has a problem cousin! I like it in full, and Penny and Nell are very pleasant nns.
