Okay, I'm sure Rutt is perfectly fine in Estonia! Unfortunately, it's visual resemblance to the English word (the name is likely pronounced more like "root") makes its use in Anglophone countries extremely problematic. Kind of like Jerk. Poor Jerk.
As for the others:
Heckie - this is what you call Hector to make fun of him.
Jaxxon - makes even less sense than Jaxson.
Jaxtyn - one of the worst I've ever seen. Truly.
