Re: Olivia

When I was a kid I had a close friend named Olivia. She was a few years younger, which looking back I guess is a little odd (but then I was always deemed to be a little "emotionally behind" my peers and was bullied a lot). I think her parents were just ahead of the curve in terms of name popularity; but our friendship gave me a very positive image of the name. And by itself I think Olivia is beautiful.
But turn in any direction in a pre-school in my area and you're bound to step on a little Olivia. And going all the way up to the current high school seniors, there are probably at least three in every class (definitely the case for my state). This has made using Olivia impossible for me in the future.
