Why not Oscar, indeed.. Maybe there is something to do with K: parents just wanted both of their kids have K in their names?

They are not the punk type at all. Maybe it is the K thing.
They're incredibly mismatches. Osker sounds like the name of a fictional ogre, Kensington sounds like a preppy girl in an American teen comedy.
Kensington is an address. Osker would face a lifetime of explaining that his parents couldn't spell.
This is not “would have” - these twins have been born, not mine. It’s horrible imo.
If they already exist, why not say so?
