If I'd been naming those trips, I'd have gone Anne, Alice and Emily. Except, I wouldn't, because if two names alliterate, so should the third. But at least there'd be a regular progression in length.
Jennifer, Jessica and Joanna? Abigail, Alexa and Angela? Daisy, Heather and Iris? Ruth, Rachel and Rebecca? Addison, Madison and Taylor? Hannah, Brianna and Natalie?
There is a horrible fascination in this, like watching an unattractive snake slowly swallow something small and fluffy and struggling.
